Senior Consultant- RPA

Purpose Of IT!

We are seeking an experinced professional in RPA.

Key Accountabilities!

• Architect complex automation workflows and design reusable components.
• Lead peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Provide advanced debugging and issue resolution for automated workflows in production.
• Guide Junior Developers and Developers through mentorship and technical support.
• Act as the point of contact for high-priority automation issues and escalations.
• Contribute to innovation by exploring new tools and techniques for automation.
• Review and enhance best practices, ensuring alignment with CoE objectives.
• Participate in governance and solution design reviews, offering expert insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess automation feasibility and create robust technical specifications.
• Drive process optimization and standardization through automation; and suggest improvements/review improvements along with the Operations team.

Knowledge/Skills Required!

Must have strong knowledge in the following skills: -

• RPA, UiPath, Automation.
• Min 5-8 years of experience in Automation delivery, esp. development and testing in UiPath.
• Basic knowledge of other technologies like SQL, VB scripting, Java Scripting, Python, etc.
• Understanding long-term stability and effectiveness of automation solutions.
• Extensive experience in the RPA lifecycle and UiPath products.
• Extensive experience in Scrum / agile leading principles.
• Experience in integrating different applications using web services or Rest APIs etc.
• Experience with infrastructure models like VMs, Servers, etc.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to communicate information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.
• Master Certified from RPA Technology (UiPath).

Nice To Have:-

• API automation.
• German language knowledge.
