Code Of Compliance

Mutual trust, predictability, honesty and straightforwardness both internally and externally are basic principles that are firmly anchored in the Würth Group. You can already find a commitment to these values in the company philosophy written by Reinhold Würth in the 1970s.

It is not only about compliance with all applicable rules and laws, but also about a corresponding inner attitude of the employees, which is an essential component for the sustainable success of the Würth Group.

And we at Wurth IT India want to promote exactly this inner attitude. At the same time, we also demand strict compliance with all applicable national and international rules and laws. To make this transparent for our employees as well as for our customers, suppliers and other business partners, we have derived concrete rules of conduct based on our corporate values, which we have summarized again in the Würth Group's Code of Compliance.

Reporting Hotline SpeakUp

With our Code of Compliance we are committed to behaving with integrity in our dealings with each other and with our customers, suppliers and other business partners. Studies show that information from third parties often leads to the investigation of white-collar crime.

If you want to give us a hint about this system, you can do so by name or anonymously. However, since we are looking for open communication, we would like to encourage you to give your name if you have any information. In any case, we will treat your information as strictly confidential and take into account the legitimate interests of all those involved.

The system is only used to draw attention to suspected white-collar crime or defined, serious compliance violations in the Wurth Group. Misuse for other purposes can constitute a criminal offense.
