Purpose Of IT!

We are seeking a skilled Consultant- SAP EH&S member with expertise in SAP : ERP, SAP ES&H, WWI server.

Key Accountabilities!

• Providing support to employees in the specialist departments.
• Support for SAP and related applications such as WWI server, Management Portal, and Customer Information Portal.
• Reviewing and correcting master data if necessary.
• Receiving, classifying, prioritizing, and processing user requests (via SolMan ITSM system, email, or phone) in English.
• Processing and reviewing authorization requests.
• Creating ITSM software change requests for program or process adjustments.
• Supporting problem management. Monitoring interfaces and resolving issues via an incident ticket if errors occur.
• Monitoring batch input maps and resolving errors if they occur.
• Providing application support, including small customization tasks within the scope of a project, in close collaboration with the EH&S functional consultant and project team.
• Optimizing and ensuring the availability of SAP EH&S considering the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Documenting support problems and solutions.
• Analysing and resolving problems in ongoing operations. Assisting in managing Product Safety and Dangerous Goods documentation.
• Supporting the creation, updating, and distribution of product safety data sheets to logistic systems, product managers, and end customers.
• Maintaining and updating EHS master data using systems like Expert and ERC Data Content. Supporting users in Management Portal and Customer Information Portal.
• Monitoring WWI generation process. Monitoring and interpreting EHS interfaces.
• Coordinating with the Corporate Regulatory department of Würth Companies.
• Working closely with local product stewards at Würth companies to ensure consistency and compliance in EHS practices.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for EHS-related systems and applications.
• Assisting in developing training materials and delivering training sessions for EHS procedures and system use.
• Helping develop action plans to address any identified issues or areas of improvement. Assisting in the investigation of EHS incidents.
• Supporting the documentation of incidents and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Providing assistance to product managers and end customers regarding EHS documentation and data sheet.
